Event costs begin the day plans go into motion for a new year. Non-refundable deposits, employee wages, vendor payments, advertising and marketing expenses, among other costs all happen before the doors open and the first attendees enter. Therefore, our booth fees, sponsorship fees and tickets are all NON-REFUNDABLE. Please make sure you are available the weekend of our event before signing up. We understand things happen, but it’s very detrimental to us and our attendees when an author or business pulls out, especially as we get closer to the event date. In some cases we may be able to re-sell your booth with enough notice, but their is a $75 admin fee in the case where we are able to offer a partial refund. By paying for your booth you understand this policy.
